Return and Refund Policy

Photobooks are highly customized/personalized products. Hence returns for reasons other than Flambook/PrintShoot error are not permissible. In case of any manufacturing/printing error at our end, the client must intimate/register a complaint with Flambook support via support@flambook.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we received your return for your refund to be processed.
